The Owensboro Human Relations Commission (OHRC) announces our 2nd annual Dreamer’s Dash 5K Run/Walk. This is a timed event and open to the community. This 5K Run/Walk will honor the work of Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr. March on Washington August 28, 1963
